This Christmas will be...
Before I go on about Christmas, I just want to say something about my J109 class. I said I would probably dislike it by midsem. And guess what? I ALREADY DO! So congratulations to that class and to my professor for exceeding my expectations.
Anyway, it's almost our Christmas break and I'll be home in three days time. I was really, like really, excited at first because it meant time for my family and high school friends again. But then my orgmate talked to me about half wanting to go home and half wanting to stay here. My first reaction was "WHY?" Why would anyone want to stay in a place like...
Blogging a lot lately
I shouldn't be blogging because I have nothing exciting/substantial/interesting to say. But I'm too lazy to take out my diary and blab there so I'll do it here instead. Hooray?
I don't know who to vote for president in the 2010 elections. Seriously. As intelligent as Gibo is, he's on the administration's side. He's a GMA puppet. There are talks that if he becomes president, he'll change the government to parliamentary and GMA will become prime minister or something. Who wants that?
Then there's this Maguindanao massacre. It scares me, you know, how some people have no respect for life...
This never gets old
It's just the 3rd week of school and already I am no longer sleeping! WTF?! When did I lose my ability to manage time properly? Or did I really have it in the first place? SHIZNIT. I do not want to have eyebags the size of NCR tomorrow. (I was going to say Texas but our prof always says to localize it.)
I am doing a feature article on MYSELF. I thought this was going to be easy. Talking about oneself is one of the easiest tasks on Earth. But demmit, this is still an academic paper so rambling on and on about myself is not really advisable. And I'm still not ready for our group report. And...
Jinxing myself
I probably shouldn't talk about my subjects yet because I still have one class to attend tomorrow, a Saturday, for goodness sake. I have not learned my lesson.
Anyway, let us see if my first impressions last. Last sem, my most feared subject, Comm120 (media laws class) was one of my favourites, despite having to read tons of cases. It was really fun and I learned a lot.
