When We Was Fat (or: Patrickman's Mid-year Shenanigan)
It's already July and I'm still alive.
It's already the middle of this year and lots of things have already happened, as usual.
Some (not so) significant things that happened to me as of the middle of this year:
- Got meself a new digicam
- Been to Baguio City twice... my first 2 times, yeah!
- Got into downloading movies via torrents
- Played and completed lots of video games on my PSP and GBA SP, like God of War: Chains of Olympus, Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII, Patapon (PON PON PATA PON!), Loco Roco, Super Mario World (I have finished the game at least 15 times already!), etc.

PS: I'm currently listening to the Greatest Hit compilation album of Dream Theater. I've been hearing about them for the longest time and thanks to torrents (ehem!), I've finally managed to download the entire album (yep... so?). They sound pretty cool, no doubt about it. Maybe I have to listen more to finally turn a fan out of me.
Right Brain vs. Left Brain
Stumbled upon this today from some pips from http://yoopee.multiply.com.
Supposedly, if you see the girl spinning clockwise, your right brain works more than your left brain and if you see the girl spinning counter-clockwise, your left brain works more. And if you see the girl spinning in both directions (not at the same time... um... you can see the girl spinning in a certain direction and then SWITCH to the other direction, that is), you're a genius (probably not genius genius but ha!-i-got-it-and i'm-fucking-awesome genius). I was able to see the girl spinning clockwise at first...
